Automotive DMS Implementation Contractor - Remote

The Services you will provide the Deloitte project team

• Support Tekion ARC deployments and dealership go-lives
• Guide dealerships transitioning from legacy DMS platforms
• Work directly with dealership leadership and operational teams during implementation
• Train dealership staff on new workflows across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting
• Identify and resolve operational issues during go-live and early adoption
• Cookordinate with Deloitte, Tekion, and dealership stakeholders throughout deployment

Qualifications

• Experience working in an automotive dealership (fixed or variable operations)
• Experience implementing or supporting DMS systems
• Experience supporting dealership system migrations or go-live events
• Experience training dealership staff on new systems
• Ability to travel up to 90% nationwide for dealership deployments
• Reliable car, valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Primarily on-site engagement at dealership locations, with occasional opportunities for remote collaboration

Pay

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40-$60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
