This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership office, supporting both sales and service departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence
• Manage dealership records, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and timely
• Cook up with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
• Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Maintain and update dealership databases and inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve office-related issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management, preferably within the automotive dealership industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems CDK user experience a must
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
