Automotive Data Entry Analyst
About the role
DataOne Software is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Data Entry Analyst to join the Data Team in their Beverly, MA office. They provide data and software solutions used across the automotive industry and are a growing small business with an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Obtain, compile, analyze, interpret, research, and enter data needed by DataOne Software from the Automotive Industry.
- Gain a high level of knowledge and expertise of automotive vehicles and their manufacturers.
- Work with Customer Support to investigate and resolve any reports of errors related to their work.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and individual goals.
- Work on special projects commensurate with their abilities, experience, and skill level.
Requirements
- Strong research, analytical, math, and logic abilities.
- Strong computer skills, or strong knowledge of and experience with the automotive industry/data.
- High accuracy and attention to detail required and must be demonstrated in decision making and entry of information.
- Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Begineer knowledge of AI fundamentals and ethical use.
Skills
- Excellent understanding of the Automotive industry including automotive brands, manufacturers, technology/equipment, vehicle types, market segments, specifications.
Benefits
This role offers a compensation range of approximately $48,000-$52,000 annually.
