About the role

Wright Automotive Group is a leading provider of automotive collision repair services. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Collision Parts Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inventory of collision parts and supplies.
  • Ensure that parts are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all parts inventory.
  • Work with the collision estimators to ensure that the correct parts are ordered for each repair.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices for parts.
  • Monitor the inventory levels of parts and reorder as needed.
  • Train and supervise the collision parts staff.
  • Ensure that the parts department is clean and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and technicians.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
