Responsible for providing automotive parts support to customers at Lexus of Cool Springs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding and selecting appropriate parts for their vehicles.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
