Automotive Business Manager- Dover Chevrolet - ICL Autos

Dover Chevrolet, part of International Cars, Ltd., Inc., is an employee-owned auto dealership group with locations across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

About the role

The Business Manager will provide customers with detailed explanations of automotive aftermarket products and service contracts, ensuring exceptional customer service index (C.S.I) scores. You’ll collaborate with the sales team, build relationships with financing institutions, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Explain aftermarket products and service contracts to customers
• Maintain high C.S.I. scores through outstanding customer service
• Work closely with sales staff and financing institutions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Automotive finance and insurance sales training
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company
