About the role

Fred Beans Automotive is hiring a Business Development Representative at their Ford store in Doylestown, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
  • Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Affiliate with retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
  • Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
  • Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Educational requirement: Associate's degree preferred - Can be substituted for HS Diploma and 3 years relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience: One-year Relevant Experience Preferred (call Center, Sales, Automotive, BDC).
