About the role
Fred Beans Automotive is hiring a Business Development Representative at their Ford store in Doylestown, PA.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
- Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Affiliate with retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
- Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
- Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Educational requirement: Associate's degree preferred - Can be substituted for HS Diploma and 3 years relevant experience.
- Relevant experience: One-year Relevant Experience Preferred (call Center, Sales, Automotive, BDC).
