Automotive Billing Clerk

Responsibilities
- Audit and post incoming deals into the accounting system while verifying details and supporting documentation.
- Compile and sort documents substantiating business transactions, prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records quickly and accurately.
- Understand and comply with all regulations affecting the accounting department, and perform tasks accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, as well as company policies.
Requirements
- A detail-oriented individual able to complete and verify documentation in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to a billing clerk position, with at least one year of recent applicable experience.
- Experience in automotive accounting roles, including working with dealership management systems (DMS), processing repair orders, billing, and understanding automotive accounting workflows.
