Automotive Biller / Coster

About the role

Dorian Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller / Coster to join our team in Clinton Township, MI. This role involves close collaboration with the Controller and offers opportunities for professional growth within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Bill and finalize all automotive deals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit contracts and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Calculate and compile commissions for sales staff.
• Manage new and used vehicle inventories related to billing and costing.
• Process all sales tax documentation and payoff checks.
• Work closely with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an automotive billing or costing role is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and sales teams.
• Experience with CDK software is a plus, but not required.
