Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing both interiors and exteriors.
- Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic damage or issues that need to be addressed before customer delivery.
- Maintain all detailing equipment and supplies in good working order and follow all safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction with detailed vehicles.
- Assist with inventory management of detailing supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
