Automotive Detailer

Duties

• Maintain business relationships to increase our clients' profits
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business
• Perform cleaning and detail duties to customer vehicles
• Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to accounts

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• General computer skills
• Work in all elements of weather
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently
• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks

Language Requirement

• All applicants must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English to ensure safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency in the workplace.

Compensation

• As an automotive detailer you will receive a generous commission plan with a guaranteed daily minimum.
• In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses.
• The average salary for this role is 45-50k.
