About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys talking on the phone to join our Business Development Center. This person will ensure phone and internet leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner, set appointments, and follow up with unsold floor traffic. The role involves maintaining customer relationships via email and phone to increase dealership sales. No cold calling is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound internet and phone leads, directing them to the proper departments and people.
• Conduct business using a variety of methods, including email, telephone, and others.
• Maintain contact with our present customer base through phone and email.
• Manage all sales activities generated from phone and internet contact.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including some weekends and evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
