Schedule
- Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch
- Overtime pay for anything over 40 hours
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a timely manner to set service appointments
- Provides support to advisors and service management
- Using Ford's new RedCap app to communicate with service customers

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Must be energetic
