We are looking for a meticulous, driven Accounting Specialist who knows dealership operations inside and out, wants to skip the corporate red tape, and wants to work in an environment that genuinely respects work-life balance and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Mastering AP: Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.
• Driving Inventory Control: Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.
• Managing Floor Plans: Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.
• Handling Wholesale: Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.
• Team Collaboration: Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.

Requirements

• Proven franchise dealership experience (required for consideration).
• Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software; bonus points if you know Tekion.
• Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
