Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with appropriate departments to get forecasts of incoming inventory to schedule Associates accordingly.
- Making sure the dealership is properly equipped and staffed to meet its needs.
- Daily inspections of the dealership lot and showroom to ensure inventory is up-to-date and work is completed.
- Recording and delegating tasks in the system.
- Hiring, training, and coaching Associates.
- Evaluating Associate performance and offering constructive feedback and training opportunities.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Controlling labor costs to optimize budget usage.
- Increasing productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Inspecting the quality of work being done.
- Solving customer or associate complaints.
- Willingness to assist with any job function to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior detailing management experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to walk, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Background and drug test required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
