Automation Tester
Role Description
UST is seeking an Automation Tester Lead II to design, develop, and own end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases. The role involves leading and coordinating testing activities, validating user stories within sprints, and contributing to automation stability, optimization, and best practices.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing with LoadRunner
- Proficiency in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate Linux skills (shell scripting, system monitoring, file management)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., C, Python, Bash)
- Understanding of system architecture, cloud computing, and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Hybrid-Virginia Compensation Range: $78,000-$117,000
