Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, program, and commission PLC, HMI, SCADA, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and support automation, instrumentation, communications, and process control systems.
- Develop control narratives, cause-and-effect matrices, and system documentation.
- Support FAT, SAT, startup, commissioning, and operational reliability initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT teams to deliver successful projects.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 8+ years of industrial automation experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and Studio 5000.
- 5+ years of experience with Wonderware/AVEVA HMI systems.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, SCADA systems, industrial networking, and process control systems.
- Offshore or upstream Oil & Gas automation experience strongly preferred.
