Responsibilities
- Utilize ECAD and CAD software to design electrical controls and robotic system layouts.
- Program, install, and troubleshoot various robot systems such as Kawasaki, Fanuc, and Denso.
- Apply welding and electrical expertise to the design and fabrication of automated equipment.
- Power on equipment, debug software, and conduct in-house trials before site delivery.
- Oversee the installation and final setup of automated systems at customer facilities.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing robotic cells and conveyor interfaces.
Requirements
- Practical experience with robotics (Fanuc, Kawasaki, etc.) and automated manufacturing systems.
- Proficient in ECAD/CAD design and knowledgeable in welding and electrical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an Associate degree with applicable field experience.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel up to 35% for project installations.
