Primary Responsibilities
- Understands and supports all GxP environments
- Assists in evaluating automated and IT systems and executes strategies to optimize system quality and stability through expansion, replacement, or upgrades
- Uses technical expertise to ensure efficient operation of automated processing and IT systems
- Oversees installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Led or supports investigations of automation anomalies and implements preventive actions
- Participates in and helps develop training programs for automated systems
- Provides on-floor manufacturing support as needed
- Identifies and implements process and equipment improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Maintains technical and quality documentation
- Provides client services support for business area applications
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- B.S., B.A., or M.S. in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in an Automation role supporting GMP manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
