About the role
The Automation Engineer contributes to Willsfly’s enterprise-scale software and product systems initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational quality to support durable enterprise outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation coverage across enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow systems.
- Improve release quality through structured validation, regression confidence, and delivery discipline.
- Work with engineering teams to improve defect visibility, reliability, and testing maturity.
- Support CI/CD-aware test design and execution readiness across product releases.
- Contribute to scalable quality systems that support long-horizon maintainability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in automation testing, quality engineering, or validation systems.
- Strong understanding of release cycles, defect management, and enterprise QA processes.
- Experience across automation frameworks, API testing, and regression design.
- Ability to work inside high-accountability delivery environments.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise-grade CI/CD and release readiness workflows.
- Exposure to cloud-hosted testing systems or observability-driven QA.
- Understanding of structured enterprise software validation practices.
