We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "We're Hiring: Automation Engineer Location: Torrance, CA Company: Pelican Products, Inc." Then "Who We Are" paragraph. - "What You'll Do" list of responsibilities. - "What We’re Looking For" list of qualifications. - "The Technical Experience We're Looking For" list of technical areas. - "Additional Information": onsite position, travel, hands-on involvement, manage multiple projects, supports commitment. - "What’s In It For You": benefits description (relaxed environment, community, feedback, PTO, holiday pay, extra vacation purchase, relocation assistance, 401(k) with immediate match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, HSA contribution, wellness discount program, global mental wellness program, quarterly employee celebration days, peer-to-peer recognition, service recognition, employee referral program, employee discounts, career growth, work on products, collaborate, established brand, and more...). This is benefits. - "Compensation & Benefits": mentions pay range, compensation reflects cost, base pay part of total compensation, annual U.S. pay range listed below (but not actually listed? It says "The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below." but no numbers given). It says "Pay within this range varies by work location...". No actual numbers. So we cannot create Pay section because no specific numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits we have content. Pay we do not have specific numbers, so we should not create Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need sections: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" could be About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be About the role? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the "Who We Are" paragraph? Or maybe "What You'll Do" is Responsibilities. "What We’re Looking For" is Requirements/Qualifications. "The Technical Experience We're Looking For" could be Skills. "Additional Information" maybe part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Could be included in Responsibilities or Requirements. "What’s In It For You" is Benefits. Thus we can structure:

About the role

Pelican Products, Inc. ... (the Who We Are paragraph)

Responsibilities

  • ... list items from What You'll Do

Requirements

  • ... list items from What We’re Looking For (the bullet list of qualifications)

Skills

  • ... list items from The Technical Experience We're Looking For (the bullet list of technical areas)

Benefits

  • ... list items from What’s In It For You (benefits)
We also have Additional Information: onsite position, travel, hands-on involvement, manage multiple projects, supports commitment. Could be incorporated into Responsibilities or Requirements? It's more about job nature. Could be added as a

under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to add a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information" but not in allowed headings. Since we must only use allowed headings, we could fold into Responsibilities as extra bullet or into About the role as a paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after About the role: "This is an onsite position located in Torrance, California. Domestic and international travel is required as needed to support automation projects and multi-site initiatives. This position requires hands-on involvement with manufacturing equipment and production environments. Must be able to independently manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supports Pelican’s commitment to Safety, Quality, Innovation, and continuous improvement." Now Benefits: need to list each benefit as

  • . The benefits paragraph includes many items separated by commas and slashes. We need to extract each distinct benefit. List from "What’s In It For You": - Join a company that truly values its employees! (maybe not a benefit but we can include as a statement) - We offer a relaxed and casual work environment - a strong commitment to giving back to communities - a focus on employee satisfaction - regular opportunities to share feedback with leadership - structured performance evaluations - Competitive paid time off plans / Holiday pay / extra vacation purchase opportunities - Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates - 401(k) with immediate company match - Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - Health Savings Account Contribution - Wellness Discount Program - Global Mental Wellness Program - Quarterly Employee Celebration Days - Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program - Service Recognition Program - Employee Referral Program - Employee discounts on Pelican products and gear - Career growth opportunities across Engineering, Operations, and Product Development - Work on products trusted by military personnel, first responders, industrial professionals, and explorers around the world - Collaborate with experienced engineers and manufacturing teams while influencing products from concept through production - Established global brand offering premium products you'll be proud to support - And more... We need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep them as list items. Some are phrases like "Competitive paid time off plans / Holiday pay / extra vacation purchase opportunities" could be split but we can keep as one item. We should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft. We need to ensure we close tags properly. We'll produce:
