We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. First line: Location: On-Site at our facility in Hugoton, Kansas. This is metadata; we can put in a short

maybe. Then "Why this role matters" paragraph: we can treat as About the role? Actually "Why this role matters" is like description. Could be "About the role". We'll put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then "What You'll Do" list: bullet points. That is Responsibilities. Then sections: Performance, Care, Passion, About You, Where this could lead to, What's Next. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (Why this role matters). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have "About You" which includes technical skills, experience, self-starter, communication, interest in food culture. Could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc at end. Remove duplicated lines. We need to include location maybe as a short p. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Location: On‑Site at our facility in Hugoton, Kansas

About the role

In your first year, you will establish and own the automation function at Flora Food Group’s new dairy manufacturing facility in Hugoton. Your work will ensure smooth, reliable production of processed milk, creamers, and cream cheeses by delivering robust automation systems and resolving faults quickly. This role is critical to building a foundation for operational excellence and innovation in dairy processing, directly impacting the quality and consistency of the food we bring to kitchens. Your expertise will shape how automation supports our mission to create better food, every day.

Responsibilities

  • Program, configure, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems on the Rockwell Automation platform to keep production running efficiently.
  • Lead automation capital projects from design through commissioning, coordinating with suppliers and global teams to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Manage server virtualization and industrial network infrastructure to ensure system stability and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation faults in real time to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and documentation for all automation assets.
Now we need to incorporate Performance, Care, Passion, About You, Where this could lead to, What's Next. These could go under Requirements, Qualifications, Skills perhaps. We need to decide mapping. We have "Performance" paragraph: describes owning full automation landscape, data-driven approach, reduce interruptions, support CI, deliver projects, maintain systems, enable plant to meet targets, uphold standards. This could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. "Care": reports to Plant Engineering Manager, works closely with operations, maintenance, global engineering teams, foster collaboration, ensure solutions safe, compliant, sustainable, leadership in preventive maintenance and lifecycle management protect assets, support long-term plant performance. This could be Requirements. "Passion": hands-on automation expert who loves solving complex challenges in food manufacturing, curiosity about dairy processing and commitment to food safety drive innovation, pride in crafting reliable systems supporting taste, nutrition, functionality, contributing to sustainable future. This could be Skills or Qualifications. "About You": technical skills in Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming, server virtualization, industrial networking; experience leading automation projects and troubleshooting in food/dairy manufacturing; self-starter thrives in greenfield setting balancing daily operational demands with strategic delivery; communication skills help collaborate across teams and external partners; genuinely interested in food culture and curious about consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation; understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what's next in taste, nutrition and functionality, translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences. This is clearly Qualifications/Skills. "Where this could lead to": senior leadership positions within plant engineering or automation management, influence multi-site automation strategies, shape broader digital transformation initiatives across Flora Food Group’s manufacturing network. This could be a note about career progression; maybe we can put under About the role? But we have no specific heading for career path. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. We need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can add a

About the role

already used; we could add another paragraph under About the role about career progression. Or we could create a

Qualifications

and include that as part of qualifications? But qualifications heading is for requirements; career progression is not a qualification. Could be placed under About the role as additional info. "What's Next": instructions to apply, resume not up to date, encourage apply, diversity statement. This is boilerplate/application instructions; we need to remove application instructions per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the "What's Next" section entirely, as it's application instructions. Also remove the diversity/EEO statements at the end. So we will not include that. Thus we need to keep location, about the role (why role matters), responsibilities, and then we need to incorporate Performance, Care, Passion, About You, Where this could lead to somewhere. We could create sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Let's allocate: - Requirements: maybe the core mandatory items: strong technical skills in Rockwell Automation PLC/HMI, server virtualization, industrial networking; experience leading automation projects and troubleshooting in food/dairy; self-starter thrives in greenfield; communication skills; interest in food culture; understanding of brand building. That's from About You. - Qualifications: maybe the performance expectations: owning automation landscape, data-driven approach, reduce interruptions, support CI, deliver projects, maintain systems, enable plant to meet targets, uphold standards. Also the Care section about collaboration, safety, compliance, sustainability, preventive maintenance lifecycle. - Skills: maybe the Passion section about hands-on expert, solving challenges, curiosity about dairy processing, food safety, innovation, reliable systems supporting taste, nutrition, functionality, sustainable future. Also the Where this could lead to about career progression. But we need to avoid filler headings. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We'll create:

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming, server virtualization, and industrial networking.
  • Experience leading automation projects and troubleshooting in food or dairy manufacturing environments.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a greenfield setting, balancing daily operational demands with strategic delivery.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
  • Genuine interest in food culture and curiosity about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation.
  • Understanding that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.

Qualifications

You will own the full automation landscape at the Hugoton site, driving uptime and system reliability inch by inch. Your data‑driven approach will reduce production interruptions and support continuous improvement initiatives. By delivering projects and maintaining systems with precision, you will enable the plant to meet its production targets and uphold Flora Food Group’s standards for better food.

You will report to the Plant Engineering Manager and work closely with operations, maintenance, and global engineering teams, fostering collaboration to ensure automation solutions are safe, compliant, and sustainable. Your leadership in preventive maintenance and lifecycle management will protect critical assets and support long‑term plant performance.

Skills

You are a hands‑on automation expert who loves solving complex challenges in food manufacturing. Your curiosity about dairy processing and commitment to food safety drive you to innovate and raise the bar. You take pride in crafting reliable systems that support the taste, nutrition, and functionality of our products, contributing to a more delicious and sustainable future.

Over time, you could shape broader digital transformation initiatives across Flora Food Group’s manufacturing network and move into senior leadership positions within plant engineering or automation management, influencing multi‑site automation strategies.

We also need About the role section (we already have). Responsibilities section we have. We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. Let's verify we covered all substantive info: - Location: included. - Why this role matters: included in About the role. - What You'll Do: Responsibilities list. - Performance: included in Qualifications (first paragraph). - Care: included in Qualifications (second paragraph). - Passion: included in Skills (first paragraph). - About You: included in Requirements (list items). - Where this could lead to: included in Skills (second paragraph) about senior leadership and digital transformation. - What's Next: removed (application instructions). - EEO/diversity: removed. Thus all substantive info preserved. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft final HTML:
