Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows using Rewst, Azure Functions, and serverless integrations with Python, PowerShell, and TypeScript.
• Integrate platforms such as ConnectWise Manage, Microsoft Graph, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, Pax8, SentinelOne, and other MSP tools through APIs.
• Contribute to internal Node.js services, dashboards, and web tooling for automation visibility and scalability.
• Support development of AI-powered features including RAG over documentation, AI-assisted ticket triage, and document processing.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions in production environments.
• Prioritize automation initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to identify high-value manual processes.
• Maintain documentation for automations, integrations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automations, integrations, or backend services with Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with platforms like Rewst, ConnectWise Manage, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, or related MSP technologies.
• Interest or experience with AI-powered systems, LLM-backed features, or RAG workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
