About the Opportunity
The Automation Developer role is focused on designing and implementing automation solutions to improve business processes. This position contributes by translating business requirements into technical designs and developing automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency. The role supports testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of automation tools, directly impacting the organization’s ability to deliver innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning sessions to capture business requirements and translate them into automation designs.
- Collaborate with senior developers to create bots and automations using UiPath and Power Apps.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools in developing automation solutions.
- Support acceptance and integration testing with business teams.
- Document automation solutions and maintain related materials.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for automation tools.
- Manage Orchestrator tenancy support.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Experience or formal education in software development.
- BS/BA or AA/AS degree, or high school diploma with two years of related experience.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance; active or interim Secret clearance preferred.
Desired skills include familiarity with UiPath or other RPA tools, Power Apps automation, AWS, Agile methodologies, and database development or data integration.
Pay
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
