Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using a range of tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Python, AI/ML APIs, low-code platforms).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure continued performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor automation performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure value delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to automation governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and user guides.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and process optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML, natural language processing, and other intelligent automation capabilities into solutions.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other business locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in automation development.
  • Experience with one or more automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python scripting, low-code platforms).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale automation projects.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • UiPath Associate certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or intelligent automation concepts or tools is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $62,300/yr - $153,000/yr plus bonus. The base salary reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on factors such as specific responsibilities, candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
