About the role

The Automatic Entrance Systems Field Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for industrial doors and related systems. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with industrial doors and related systems
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Travel to customer sites to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial door installation and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial door systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of 26 - 38 USD per hour based on experience and qualifications.
