AutoCAD Draftsperson Intern
About the role
Create shop drawings for fabrication and submit them to engineers/owners for approval. Develop installation and as-built drawings for both fabricated and purchased items, providing submittals for engineers/contractors and installation plans for field crews.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Currently enrolled in school for drafting.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Experience in Fusion is a plus.
- Familiarity with fabrication, including custom gates, railings, steel, aluminum, and hardware, is a plus.
- Hands-on welding and fabrication experience a plus.
