Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers throughout their entire car-buying process.
- Showcase vehicles, explain features and warranties, and conduct test drives.
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes.
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and matching them to vehicles.
- Stay up to date on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable on all available vehicles.
