Auto Packer

About the role

We are seeking a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will operate and adjust our fleet of auto assembly machines, as well as inspect completed products.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain auto packaging machines
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Utilize in-process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Support team and production operations
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Can work independently to stay on task, while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
