Responsibilities

• Dive into training sessions designed to enhance your understanding of the claims process
• Handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages—all while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Shadow experienced professionals, learn the ropes, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in your role

Qualifications

• Preparing for upcoming graduation or a recent college graduate

Skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal, written, and phone) skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with software tools for claims processing is beneficial

Pay

Estimated Compensation Range: $20/hr-$30/hr. Offered compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm.
