First Chicago Insurance Company is seeking a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee for recent and upcoming college graduates. This onsite role offers hands-on training in claims resolution with a customer-centric approach, working Monday through Friday in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in top-notch training sessions to understand the claims process
• Handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages
• Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions
• Shadow experienced professionals and learn claims procedures
• Gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in the role

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate preparing to start a career
• Previous customer service experience

Skills

• Excellent analytical abilities for evaluating claims details and making informed decisions
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and deadlines
• Interpersonal skills for building rapport and communicating effectively with clients
• Verbal and written communication skills for phone conversations and documentation
• Familiarity with software tools for claims processing

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $20/hr.–$30/hr. Offered compensation based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm.
