Responsibilities

• Participate in a top-notch training program designed to enhance your understanding of the claims process
• Handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages—all while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Shadow experienced professionals, learn the ropes, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in your role

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal, written, and phone) skills
• Previous customer service experience
