Responsibilities
- Investigate details of incoming claims
- Correspond with customers
- Evaluate damages
- Maintain a customer-first mindset
- Handle claims from Monday through Friday
- Shadow experienced professionals and learn the ropes
- Grow in your role by taking on more responsibilities
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- In-office and hands-on training
