Claims Adjuster Trainee

Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims

Must-have Qualifications

• Three years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Schedule

• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• After training: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Location

You must reside within 30 miles of Progressive's Farmington, CT Claims office at 30 Batterson Park Rd, 2nd Floor, Farmington, CT 06032.

Pay

$59,500 - $63,500/yearly
