Duties & Responsibilities

Determine coverage
Determine liability (who's at fault for the damages)
Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims

Must-have Qualifications

Three years of work experience
Bachelor’s degree
Two years work experience and an associate degree

Schedule

During Claims Ownership training and Onboarding: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm during weeks 1-3 and 8:00am-5:00pm during weeks 4-13.
After Claims Ownership and Onboarding: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, depending on business need.

Compensation

Once you complete training and pass any necessary testing requirements, your salary will be $57,500 to $61,500/year, however, during training, you'll be paid hourly based on your annual salary. Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
