Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset
  • Shadow experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibilities
  • Evaluate claims details and make informed decisions
  • Manage multiple cases while staying on top of deadlines
  • Build rapport with clients through effective and empathetic communication
  • Engage in meaningful conversations over the phone and through documentation
  • Use software tools for claims processing

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)
  • Previous customer service experience

Pay

Estimated Compensation Range: $20/hr-$30/hr* Published ranges are estimates. Offered compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Schedule

Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm.
