Claims Adjuster Trainee

Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who's at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims

Must-have Qualifications

• Three years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Schedule

During Training, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; After Training, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating shift 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay

$59,500 - $63,000/year
