Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee for recent and upcoming college graduates. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
• Shadow experienced professionals, learn the ropes, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in the role.
• Participate in a top‑notch training program that enhances understanding of the claims process.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate claim details and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively and empathetically.
• Verbal and written communication skills for phone conversations and documentation.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with software tools used for claims processing and data analysis.

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $20/hr.–$30/hr. (offered compensation based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location).

Schedule

Typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, providing a balanced work‑life rhythm.
