About the role
Fred Beans CARSTAR Doylestown is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Repair Planner.
Responsibilities
- Earn over $100,000 annually
- Work in a state-of-the-art shop with a consistent flow of work
- Deal with great insurance relationships
- Partnered with a nationally recognized franchise
- Work with I-CAR and Factory trained technicians
- Provide the highest level of quality repairs
- Be outgoing and customer-focused
Requirements
- Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willing to take the course/testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused to provide the highest level of service in the industry
- One year of Body Shop Estimating experience required
- Must have completed CCC1 Estimating program
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Pass a Drug Screen and Background check
