Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Blueprint related and unrelated collision damage.
- Photograph vehicle damage and enter information into the estimating system.
- Prepare total loss estimates when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process.
- Apply insurance industry procedures and collision repair best practices.
- Manage multiple repair files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from estimate through repair completion.
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collision repair, auto body, automotive dealership, or a related automotive environment.
- Experience using collision estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar).
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license.
