AI Disclosure Statement At The Boyd Group and all affiliated companies, we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess, or select applicants for employment. All hiring decisions are made by real people who review each application individually. Compensation Details $29 - $41 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe from Job Description?), Responsibilities (Key Job Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job), Qualifications (maybe Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities?), Skills (maybe overlapping), Benefits (Benefits That Drive Your Success), Pay (Compensation Details), Schedule (maybe not present). There's no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading content; but we can include Pay section with actual numbers $29 - $41 / Hour. The phrase "Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience." is filler but we can keep the actual numbers. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So we can include Pay section with the specific range $29 - $41 / Hour. We may also mention Bonus opportunities but that's not specific number; maybe we can include as part of Pay section but ensure not just filler. We'll include the range and note bonus eligibility. Now we need to format with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans", "2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week", "6 paid holidays annually", "Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1", "401(k) Retirement Plan with company match", "Employer Paid Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance", "Additional Voluntary Life Insurance", "Continuing Education Opportunities", "Free Prescription or Non-Prescription Safety Glasses annually", "Annual Voluntary Uniform Stipend", "Voluntary Daily Pay option available". Also maybe "Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans" is vague but it's specific enough. We need to list responsibilities as bullet points. The responsibilities are a run-on sentence; we need to split into logical items. We'll parse each responsibility separated by maybe ensuring each starts with a verb. The text: "Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent detailsProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team membersProvides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phoneUnderstanding of all required Insurance programs and proceduresParticipate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as requiredSupport all team members when requiredParticipate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager" We need to split where there is missing space: after "detailsProvide" should be "details. Provide". After "metrics Ensure" -> "metrics. Ensure". After "delivery Communicate" -> "delivery. Communicate". After "membersProvides" -> "members. Provides". After "phoneUnderstanding" -> "phone. Understanding". After "proceduresParticipate" -> "procedures. Participate". After "requiredSupport" -> "required. Support". After "requiredParticipate" -> "required. Participate". After "meeting (if required)Attend" -> "meeting (if required). Attend". We'll create bullet points accordingly. Now Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job: "Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines High School Diploma or equivalent Awareness of where to look for answers Basic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience". We'll split: Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines; High School Diploma or equivalent; Awareness of where to look for answers; Basic Computer Skills; Compliance for DRP’s; Minimum of 1-year experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: "Awareness of where to look for answersBasic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training Valid Driver’s License". Split: Awareness of where to look for answers; Basic Computer Skills; Compliance for DRP’s; Minimum of 1-year experience; Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training; Valid Driver’s License. Note there is overlap with previous; we keep as is. Now About the role: maybe from Job Description paragraph before responsibilities. That paragraph: "The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs." We can put that as prose under About the role heading. Now Benefits: list as bullet points. Pay: we have "$29 - $41 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives." We'll extract the range and note bonus eligibility. We should not include "Supplemental Pay" maybe it's part of compensation. We'll keep as prose: "Pay range: $29 - $41 per hour. Eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives." Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Please note, this job description is not designed..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Our Commitment" etc? That's about diversity; maybe it's boilerplate EEO. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the "Our Commitment" paragraph about Boyd Group welcoming unique talents etc. Also remove AI Disclosure Statement. Also remove "About Us" maybe? That's not boilerplate but it's company description; could be considered substantive? It's about company history; maybe we keep as "About the company"? But we already have About the role; maybe we can include "About the company" as a section? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't list About the company. So we should not add extra headings beyond those. So we should omit About Us paragraph. Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Requirements (h3), Qualifications (h3), Skills (h3) maybe combine? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills overlapping. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have overlapping content; maybe we can merge Requirements and Qualifications into a single "Requirements" section that includes education/experience and knowledge/skills. But we also have Skills separate. Could combine Skills into Requirements as well. However we need to follow instruction: use headings for those specific names if we include them. If we include Skills heading, we need specific content for skills. We have skills list: Awareness of where to look for answers, Basic Computer Skills, Compliance for DRP’s, Minimum of 1-year experience, Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training, Valid Driver’s License. That's similar to qualifications
