Fred Beans CARSTAR Doylestown is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Repair Planner for a state-of-the-art shop with a consistent workflow, strong insurance relationships, and I-CAR Gold certification. The shop is partnered with a nationally recognized franchise and employs I-CAR and factory-trained technicians to deliver high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate auto body repair estimates and repair plans
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willingness to complete the required course/testing
• 1 year of body shop estimating experience
• Proficiency with CCC1 Estimating program
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset to deliver industry-leading service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
