Auto Body Estimator

About the role

Fred Beans CARSTAR Boyertown is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Repair Planner.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for auto body repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with technicians to plan and execute repair processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willing to enroll in the course/testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• At least one year of experience in body shop estimating.
• Completion of CCC1 Estimating program.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
