About the role

The Australian Government is launching the Construction Visa Subsidy Program (CVSP) to address the labor shortage in the construction industry by recruiting skilled workers from abroad.

Responsibilities

• Engage in roles within the construction sector.
• Receive complimentary visa support services and financial incentives of up to $10,000 Australian dollars.

Requirements

• Sponsored by a CVSP employer as a skilled migrant in one of the following visa subclasses – 482, 494 or 186;
• Sponsored CVSP employer must be headquartered and undertaking building and construction work in Western Australia;
• Granted a visa through the WA State Nominated Migration Program (SNMP) in one of the following visa subclasses – 190 or 491;
• Employed by a business headquartered and undertaking building and construction work in WA;
• Working in an eligible occupation.
