About the role

In our training program to become a retail salesperson (Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel), you will advise customers and create a positive shopping experience.

Training content

• Advising customers in the shop
• Selling products and services
• Designing and arranging sales areas
• Working with digital sales systems

Possible areas of deployment

During your training, you will primarily be deployed in one of our Telekom shops in your region.

Your profile

• Secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school certificate, Abitur, or a comparable qualification
• Interest in the telecommunications industry
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people, as well as advising and selling
• Enthusiasm for digital media and new technologies
• Good oral and written communication skills
• English language skills
