About the role

Start your three-year dual Ausbildung (m/w/d) as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel with IHK certification on 1 August 2027. The programme alternates between the store and vocational school, with the first year covering the basics and the second and third years allowing you to choose elective specialisations such as consulting and sales, marketing or controlling.

Pay

• Year 1: €1,060 per month
• Year 2: €1,160 per month
• Year 3: €1,311 per month
