About the role

Start your dual Ausbildung as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) on 1 August 2027. The three-year programme combines hands-on work in one of our 450+ Shoe4You stores with classroom-based vocational school, leading to an IHK qualification.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of retail operations in the first year
• Choose elective focus areas in the second and third years, e.g. customer advice & sales, marketing, or controlling
• Take on increasing responsibility as you progress through the programme

Requirements

• Secondary school-leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for fashion and current trends
• Organisational talent and team-player mentality
• Flexibility and willingness to perform
• Open-minded, outgoing personality

Pay

• Year 1: €1,060 per month
• Year 2: €1,160 per month
• Year 3: €1,311 per month
