• Structure and organization of the training company

• Environmental protection
• Use of information and communication technology
• Implementation of food and trade law regulations
• Preparation of work processes; teamwork
• Implementation of quality assurance measures
• Customer consultation, sales of products
• Handling and maintenance of systems, machines and equipment
• Storage and control of food, packaging materials and operating supplies
• Conducting business transactions
• Implementation of advertising and sales promotion
• Packaging and handing over of goods
• Merchandise presentation
• Handling of goods, expert consultation
• Preparation of dishes

Requirements

• School leaving certificate: Hauptschule (secondary school certificate)
