About the role

As part of our Azubi Club, you’ll begin your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. You’ll develop both personally and professionally while gaining the skills needed to organize retail operations, shape daily store activities, and serve customers. You’ll become an expert in trends, nutrition, care, and cosmetics, honing your sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain store operations, ensuring the sales floor is always well-stocked and attractively presented.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, keeping transactions smooth and accurate.
• Provide personalized customer advice, identifying needs and matching them with suitable products.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.

Schedule

Your training starts on August 15, 2027. Your vocational school schedule will depend on your specific store location.

Pay

• First year: between €1,090 and €1,270 per month
