Auditor - Stamp Process

Role Overview: This position involves auditing pallets, loads, and forklift set-downs to ensure accurate product counts and proper placement according to orders. The role includes verifying tax stamps to maintain inventory accuracy and overseeing correct stamp usage. Key Responsibilities Conduct random audits of pallets and loads to verify product accuracy and counts.Maintain audit records and communicate results to supervisors.Ensure tax stamps are correct and verify inventory consistency with records.Manage stamp machine changes and hand stamps for accuracy.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred.Ability to perform essential functions in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in multi-temperature areas.Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, stand, and operate in warehouse conditions.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently handle physical tasks, operate in different temperature zones, and adapt to moderate to high noise levels.
